● Experienced in defending companies and executives in federal and state regulatory investigations, including securities-related matters.

His practice includes representing institutional and corporate clients in sophisticated disputes involving M&A transactions, financial services, commercial relationships, ownership conflicts, business separations, real estate development, construction, and other complex commercial matters.
He has led a complex cross-border commercial dispute involving international arbitration and enforcement issues through advanced litigation and resolution, as well as successfully argued a significant federal appeal involving a complex international arbitration-related dispute.
He has represented hedge funds, investors, and financial-services businesses in fund-formation, commercial, indemnification, and arbitration disputes.
He also represents companies and executives in government and regulatory investigations, including securities and white-collar matters, and advises boards and senior executives on governance, compliance, investigations, strategic transactions, employment issues, and litigation risk.
