We recruit Executives, IT Professionals, Sales Leaders, Healthcare Officers, and Financial Managers nationally and globally for a diversity of clients.

As a former certified SAP Sales and Distribution and SAP CRM Consultant, I started NewConfig because I saw a huge divide between what IT Recruiters asked candidates and what clients wanted. IT Recruiters only asked easy questions about salary and experience, but they did not go deeper and they did not know when candidates were exaggerating. This is because these IT Recruiters did not understand nor appreciate the technology. Knowing the technology, I saw an opportunity and started NewConfig.
Working with SAP, Salesforce, Peoplesoft, Oracle, and Workday, I can clearly see the division of those who can do versus those who can only say. Throughout the numerous interactions with consultants and talent acquisition specialists, the flaw in the system is obvious. Lack of deep understanding.
NewConfig works to provide a remedy to the age-old problem of knowing what you are truly getting, by good old-fashioned technical knowhow. Though technology has exponentially improved the hiring process, it has yet to be able to remove the human element.
Noticing the value NewConfig added to them from finding hard to find candidates to screening these candidates, many clients soon asked NewConfig to expand our sourcing and to help them find Executives and Salespeople too.
