As a former certified SAP Sales and Distribution and SAP CRM Consultant, I founded NewConfig to address a critical gap in the recruiting world. I witnessed firsthand how IT recruiters often asked surface-level questions about salary and experience without delving deeper into a candidate’s qualifications. Many didn’t recognize when candidates overstated their abilities because they lacked a solid understanding of the underlying technology. Knowing the technology, I saw an opportunity to bridge this divide—that’s how NewConfig was born.

Throughout my work with SAP, Salesforce, Peoplesoft, Oracle, and Workday, it became clear that the recruiting process often falls short in distinguishing between those who can deliver results and those who simply talk the talk. Many recruiters struggle with this because they lack the technical depth needed to evaluate candidates properly. At NewConfig, we fix this flaw through good, old-fashioned technical know-how and a thorough vetting process.

Although technology has dramatically improved the hiring process, it still cannot replace the human element of knowing when someone is the right fit. Our hands-on approach ensures that our clients get candidates who are not just qualified on paper but capable of delivering accurate results.

Initially, we focused solely on IT Search, but our clients quickly realized the value of our approach. Many asked us to expand into Executive, Legal, Sales, Finance, and Operations roles to help them build strong teams across multiple departments. Today, we provide staffing solutions in various industries and roles, leveraging the same trusted, detail-oriented process that has brought us success from the start.
